Research exchange period in BTI group: January - December 2025
Project: Comprehensive phenotyping of T cells from GBM patients tumour and blood, to investigate role of regulatory T cells (Tregs) immunosurveillance of human cytomegalovirus infection. The goal of this work is to validate findings fry Time-Of-Flight (CyTOF) and Hyperion imaging mass cytometry. This approach will provide a comparison of Treg phenotype between peripheral blood and tumour microenvironment as well as comprehensive view of the molecular mechanisms and the role of this subset in GBM immunosurveillance.
