Borrowing and returns
Self-service loan machines and a return machine are available in the library. Reserved material is collected from the pickup shelf. You receive a pickup code by SMS or email.
Workspaces and group rooms
The 1st floor has open seating areas for collaboration.
The 2nd floor has quiet workspaces for individual work.
Group room 204 on the 2nd floor can be booked for up to two hours at a time.
The library's teaching room is on the 2nd floor. When it is not in use, it can be used as student workspaces. An overview of bookings is posted on the door.
Music collection
The music collection contains sheet music, CDs, LPs and music literature, and is available to students at the Grieg Academy and other interested users. The collection is located on the 1st floor.
Note: Sheet music, LPs and CDs are only available during staffed opening hours.

- Printed sheet music is arranged according to the SMM system (pdf). In the library system Oria, advanced search: use "Composer" (not "Author") as the search field.
Film collection
The library has an open film collection on the 2nd floor. Films kept in the stacks can be ordered via the library system Oria.
Printing, copying and scanning
The library has printers for printing, copying and scanning on both floors.
