Interdisciplinarity in Migration Research: Combining law and anthropology
Welcome to our resource site on interdisciplinarity in migration research! These pages present a selection of resources and reflections about the application of interdisciplinary research, mainly focusing on legal analysis and ethnography. The site was initiated by researchers at the University of Bergen and Chr. Michelsen Institute in connection with the TemPro project, and has funding from Research Council of Norway and UiB strategic area Global Challenges. Our site is intended as a collaborative, living resource, and content will be added regularly.
About the research group
We started this initiative to take stock of lessons learned through interdisciplinary collaboration – particularly between legal scholars and ethnographers – in a number of recent and ongoing projects: PROVIR (external link), WAIT, TEMPRO (external link) and VULNER (external link).
On this webpage, we collect our own reflections and the resources from others that we have found useful.
