Background

  • PhD at UiB, The Department of Biomedicine, The Faculty of Medicine, April 2026. The thesis is entitled “Improved glioblastoma target delineation and response prediction by deep learning and radiogenomic biomarkers.”
  • Masters in Science at UiB, The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, 2020. The project was about use of quantitative imaging biomarkers and artificial intelligence as a novel method to detect and delineate glioblastoma in multispectral MRI.
  • Advanced course in Medical Digital Imaging, Bergen University College (Høgskolen i Bergen), 2014
  • Advanced course in CT (Computer Tomography), OsloMet (Oslo Metropolitan University), 2011
  • Bachelor of Radiography, Bergen University College (Høgskolen i Bergen), 2007

Work experience

  • Medical dosimetrist at Department of Medical Physics, Haukeland University Hospital (2015 -
  • Radiographer within MRI, CT, and X-ray (2007-2015)

PhD project

  • I am taking part in a national clinical trial for glioblastoma patients, where I am conducting research on artificial intelligence as an approach to tumor segmentation and response prediction, and investigating recurrence site related to molecular variations.
